    People Matters (previously Practical People Management Matters or PPMM) is a behavioural change development program for current and aspiring team leaders to build the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively manage people in the workplace. The program is one of the Public Service Commission's (PSC) development opportunities to build leadership and management capability across the public service. It aligns to the Workforce Capability Success Profile for team leaders (manages individuals) and supports public service employees' performance obligations. Related courses: People Matters extension modules are stand-alone 1-day workshops. Attendance at either PPMM or People Matters is not a pre-requisite to complete the extension modules.
