Leadership Outlook Series 2016
Leaders and managers cast long shadows over their organisations and employees – so how can you build a culture of success in your workplace?
The culture of an organisation can mean the difference between success and failure. Creating the right culture often leads to higher staff retention as well as more productive and efficient workplaces. Leaders and managers will be increasingly challenged and vexed by questions of culture and the answers will require a new set of skills as well as a renewed understanding of the theory and practice of culture.
AIM’s first Leadership Outlook Series workshop for 2016 will explore the landscape of leadership and culture. Drawing on industry opinions and case studies, the workshops will be held across 12 locations during February and March. The Leadership Outlook workshops are intended to be informative and practical while identifying valuable insights for building a culture of success.
The workshops will be facilitated by Jerome Parisse-Brassens, the Asia Pacific Regional Director for Walking the Talk, a global culture transformation consultancy firm. Jerome has more than 25 years’ experience in culture change, business improvement and strategy development.
AIM’s Leadership Outlook Series comprises professional development workshops on a wide range of management and leadership topics to inform, educate and connect professionals and leaders. AIM is here to help its Members find the answers to some of the ‘big issues’ in the increasingly complex world of management and leadership.
