Discovering key drivers of managerial effectiveness through feedback reports

Continuing the long term relationship between AIM Qld & NT and the Leadership Research Unit at Monash University (with support from TestGrid Pty Ltd and Genos Pty Ltd), we present a new research project that will help AIM and Australian businesses better understand the job and organisational contexts in which managers with different styles and background experiences perform best.

AIM has always enjoyed the support of Australian managers and leaders who give of their time to participate in these groundbreaking surveys, and thereby contribute to the body of knowledge in this country.
