Appraising and Managing Performance

Overview

A constructive performance review has the potential to contribute to improved job satisfaction and work output. Day one of this practical program covers how to set up a performance management system while day two covers the practical aspects of conducting the review. The sessions on the second day include how to write performance agreements, and role-plays of how to run the appraisal meeting and give constructive feedback.
