Overview

This program provides an understanding of the contract management process for those involved in the procurement of goods and services. A variety of practical activities, including exercises, a case study and a negotiation role-play, enables participants to practise the concepts and techniques of planning and managing a contract through to a successful conclusion.

Development of the interpersonal skills required to build sustainable relationships through a collaborative approach forms a vital component of the two days.
