Innovation and Change

One of the most important things organisations can do to lead change is to cultivate innovators. During this program participants will work through a series of practical activities to encourage innovative thinking and practice, as well as exploring ways they can take responsibility for leading change. With this knowledge participants will be able to ensure the organisational and people sides of change are brought together for improved results and benefits.
