Overview
Today’s workplace is fast-moving and forever changing. The flow-on effects to the individual are more responsibilities, priorities and commitments. Have you ever wondered, am I controlling my workload or is it controlling me? This program aims to hand control and influence over the workload back to the individual via the examination of a series of essential time management principles. The result will be a more goal focused individual, who is able to plan and execute relevant tasks efficiently.
