Australian Institute of Management - Celebrating 65 years

Workplace Leadership

Taking responsible leadership is a prerequisite for effective supervision. This program takes participants through the essential elements of how to lead a team of people in a workplace environment. In particular, it focuses on creating an understanding of the role of the supervisor in a modern organisation.

In addition to contributing to the organisation’s leadership profile, participants will also explore the aspects of leadership that relate to leading teams and individuals. The key ingredient here is style flexibility and the capacity to apply a range of leadership styles to suit the situation. This program not only builds the awareness of this need but also begins the skill building process that leads to style flexibility.
