AIM offers a range of carefully designed Management and Leadership Development programs through its Divisional offices throughout Australia.

For many of these programs, participants can avail themselves of competency-based assessment as part of the National Framework for the Recognition of Training. Participation in this form of assessment is required for AIM's Certificate and Diploma programs.
