What is 360 Degree Feedback?
360 Degree Feedback surveys allow managers and leaders discover and measure their own capabilities and workplace behaviours. Reports that are produced from the results of 360 Degree Feedback surveys provide an honest assessment; comparing the self-assessment scores with the scores from their managers, peers, direct reports (if applicable) and other observers.
Why use 360 Degree Feedback tools?
The surveys and reports will:
