We currently offer more than 100 short courses in management and professional development, as well as a range of nationally recognised qualifications.
We are currently recruiting a Learning Advisor.
Great base and high earning potential on commission
The ideal candidate will have
You'll have at least 2 years' experience in education sales, a customer focused sales approach, great phone manner and strong relationship-building skills. You'll have a proven ability to, qualifying leads and starting customers on the path to engaging in education to enhance or enrich their career.
You'll have a hunger and drive to meet and exceed sales targets and will able to adapt to an ever-changing, dynamic environment. You'll work well on your own however will be flexible to work as a team when required. You'll also celebrate individual, group and organisational success.
Additionally, you will be a CRM Superstar - if you have experience with Salesforce before, even better - you'll know how to work the lead pool.
Lastly, knowledge of the education sector is advantageous however we're happy to look at superstars from other backgrounds.
