AIM Student Entry Procedure
When completing AIM’s enrolment form student’s will be prompted to confirm that they wish to meet the entry criteria by undertaking Core Skills Profile for Adults (CSPA) assessment
Students will be emailed login and URL details to undertake the test
Once the test is completed students will be notified of their results
Students will need to display competence at or above Exit Level 3 in both numeracy and reading to meet the entry criteria
Full Fee Paying Students
Fee for service (FFS) students who are enrolling in a VET qualification with AIM will undergo a suitability check as part of AIM’s enrolment process. This suitability check is to determine that each student has sufficient language, literacy and numeracy skills to enable him or her to successfully complete their course. If AIM has concerns about a student's academic ability we will request that the student provide AIM with a copy of their Senior Secondary School Certificate (at the completion of Year 12) or that they complete a Core Skills Profile for Adults (CSPA) in numeracy and reading.
