I really enjoyed how interactive and engaging the topics and the facilitator were. (The facilitator) created an excellent space where the group could express themselves if they wished to.

Building Resilience For You And Your Team
As organisations increasingly embrace the digital age, the nature of work is rapidly changing. Organisations are already experiencing a rise in the use of digital technology and the radical change it is bringing to many workplaces. However, research suggests that the way we lead is not keeping pace with the demands of our ever-evolving environment.
Drawing on insights from neuroscience and other research, this 2 day workshop session provides the latest thinking about how current and future leaders can build their emotional intelligence to create highly engaged, creative and resilient teams and provides an opportunity for reflection and skills practice.
Who should attend
This workshop is aimed at any team or management group facing significant stress, either ongoing or acute. The skills taught in the workshop aim to facilitate resilient leadership behaviours at any level within an organisation.
Building emotional intelligence and improving thinking skills are the foundational capabilities of new leadership approaches that are desperately needed for our current and future contexts, as the need for judgement and emotional intelligence will increase across a range of critical areas. They will prioritise instilling confidence, utilising a variety of communication styles and leading with integrity to ensure they are having a positive impact on the people they lead.
This program is delivered on AIM-campuses over two days.
It can also be tailored for in-house delivery to meet particular organisational circumstances. We recommend the program be delivered away from the workplace where possible, to ensure participants are able to focus on the program content and professional development.
While the program is usually delivered as a two-day workshop, it can be altered to meet the specific needs of Departments or Agencies.
