Our programs are held on-site at AIM’s state-of-the-art campuses. The benefits of studying in a classroom setting include being able to share first-hand experiences, ideas and questions with peers and our expert facilitators. You’ll study alongside like-minded people and strengthen your professional network.
Our non-residential delivery includes a dinner on the evening of night one as well as all-day catering on each day of the program. Registration also includes courseware, experiential activities, diagnostic profiling and a one-hour Executive Coaching session post-program.
You will be invoiced for $3,500 (GST inc). Cancellations or deferrals after the closing date will attract a cancellation fee of $700, alternatively substitutes can be accepted up until 14 days before the course begins.
We require full payment to be made upfront prior to attending the training. An invoice will be sent to you once your enrolment is confirmed. Upon receipt of your invoice you can elect to have payment made through Direct Deposit or call (02) 6120 1980 and pay via credit card.

About About 360° Feedback and DiSC Work of Leaders
360° Feedback is a process whereby leaders and staff members can receive confidential, anonymous feedback from the people they work with. It is an important element of this program and is undertaken using the Executive Leadership Profile 2 (ELP2). The ELP2 is built upon an established public sector management competency framework and focuses on public sector-specific capabilities. 360° feedback, with its focus on comparing one’s own views with others’ assessments of our performance and behaviour, lies at the very heart of management and leadership success.
The suite of DiSC profiles are behavioural profiles that identify self-reported behavioural preferences. Based on William Marsten’s work, the DiSC profiles identify individuals’ key behavioural drivers and describe common behaviours that people adopt as a consequence. The DiSC WoL profile looks at how a leader drives vision, achieves alignment and enables execution. It aims to develop greater self-awareness and greater skill in relation to communicating with others in the workplace.
