This residential experience, is held in the beautiful surrounds of The Briars at Bowral, NSW. Our residential programs achieve positive outcomes by both providing opportunities to be fully immersed in learning and to develop new relationships. Combined, the program and venue provide a new space and context where participants are all equal and existing barriers and hierarchies are broken down.

Additional Information

The Briars is location near Bowral in the NSW Southern Highlands, midway between Canberra and Sydney, some 15 minutes’ drive from the Hume Highway. The Briars allows sole occupancy for CPM courses, so participants can get to know each other and interact within a private setting. Transportation to and from the venue is provided from Canberra by a chartered transport service.


What’s included?


Residential delivery includes all meals, accommodation and return bus between Canberra and the program venue. Registration also includes courseware, experiential activities, diagnostic profiling and a one-hour Executive Coaching session post-program.

Payment options


You will be invoiced for $4,000 (GST inc). This includes meals, accommodation and return bus transport between Canberra and the program venue. Cancellations or deferrals after the closing date will attract a cancellation fee of $700, alternatively substitutes can be accepted up until 14 days before the course begins.

We require full payment to be made upfront prior to attending the training. An invoice will be sent to you once your enrolment is confirmed. Upon receipt of your invoice you can elect to have payment made through Direct Deposit or call (02) 6120 1980 and pay via credit card.

About About 360 Feedback and the Emotional and Social Intelligence Profile (ESIP)

360° Feedback is a process whereby leaders and staff members can receive confidential, anonymous feedback from the people they work with. It is an important element of this program and is undertaken using the Emotional and Social Intelligence Profile (ESIP). The ESIP is based on the Emotional and Social Intelligence Capability Framework which offers a model for understanding emotional and social intelligence and is built around four key criteria: self-insight, self-mastery, social insight and social mastery. The 360° feedback, with its focus on comparing one’s own views with others’ assessments of our performance and behaviour, lies at the very heart of emotional intelligence.
