Dr David Paul

Dr David Paul
BA(Hons), PhD

Dr David Paul has over 25 years’ experience as an educator, senior advisor, mentor and coach to c-suite executives, CEOs and Heads of Government. He has taught over 25,000 MBA and Exec MBA students ranging from senior managers and executives to leaders, directors and Senior Executive Service in Government.


Dr Angelina Zubac

Dr Angelina Zubac
BCom, BA, GDipStat, PhD

Dr Zubac has been a strategy consultant for the last 20 years in which she has worked for more than 100 organisations from large corporations to public sector organisations. She has taught at some of the country’s best public institutions such as Melbourne University and University of Queensland.


Dr Lenore Pennington

Dr Lenore Pennington
BEc(Hons), PhD, MILR

Dr Pennington has over 30 years of corporate experience as a practitioner and consultant in Human Resources and Organizational Change working in Australia, Malaysia and the USA. She has worked as an economist for the Reserve Bank of Australia, holds a Master of Industrial and Labour Relations and an Honours degree in Economics. Her PhD, awarded by the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, examined the relationship between organisational culture and organisational commitment to sustainability.


Mr Gavin Nicholson

Mr Gavin Nicholson
MBM, DBA (currently)

Gavin has a diverse professional background that spans across industries and organisations such as the Australian Military, NSW Police, Government, Education and Consulting. He has worked overseas in China, Malaysia and Hong Kong and is completing his Doctorate in Business Administration. His areas of expertise include Strategic/Operations Management and Organisational Behaviour.


Dr Michael Cherry

BE(Hons), MCom, DBA

Prior to commencing his business advisory and academic career, Michael had significant senior management experience with roles at GM and MD levels, across manufacturing and service industries. His strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, coupled with formal business and qualifications, have allowed him to achieve significant revenue and profitability growth throughout his career.


Dr Cheryl Crosthwaite

Dr Cheryl Crosthwaite
BAppSc, MBA, DBA(Leadership)

As an accomplished facilitator, lecturer, board director, and coach. Cheryl has over 30 years’ experience in management, leadership, human resources, coaching, personal development, consultancy and training in Australia and abroad. With her passion for development as well as her diverse cultural and work experience, Cheryl is able to advise on, develop and deliver programmes that are both theory and practically based.


Dr Richard Carter

Dr Richard Carter

Dr Carter is an organisation psychologist with diverse experience as an executive, facilitator, coach, consultant and academic. He has a contemporary understanding of work motivation and is dedicated to helping organisations maximise productivity and effectiveness through developing their people. He holds an MBA, a PhD in Management, a Graduate Certificate in Management and an honours degree in commerce. He is a Unit Convenor and Facilitator for the Corporate Strategy and Responsibility capstone unit.


Dr Lorne Butt

Dr Lorne Butt

As the National Unit Convenor for ‘Leading for Innovation and Sustainability’ and ‘Business Research Methods’, Dr Butt specialises in sustainability practice, governance, education and research thanks to her background in quality management, strategic planning and corporate governance. Dr Butt holds a doctorate in Philosophy in Management, a Bachelor of Science in Biological and Biomedical Sciences, a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology, Diploma of Carbon Management and a Certificate IV in Project Management.
