Leveraging 80 years of experience delivering leadership and management training, AIM has been working with the Queensland Resources and Infrastructure Industry for over a decade delivering mining induction and supervisor courses to more than 60,000 individuals through partnerships with leading organisations.

Entry Requirements

To enrol in this course, you must be 18 years of age at time of enrolment; and demonstrate during the enrolment process that you have the skills and capability to succeed in the course as described in the Student Entry Criteria.

Students are required to have a unique email address and a USI – unique student identifier.

To succeed in this course, you should have an education level of year 10 (or equivalent) or Certificate III, be technologically literate with access to a device that meets the minimum system requirements of the myAIM learning management system, have continuous and stable internet access, be proficient in English.
