AIM is looking for Australia’s best young managers

Monday, February 9, 2015

National recognition, international networking and the opportunity to be mentored by some of Australia’s leading management and business minds.

These are just three of the many personal and professional benefits that await the Australian Institute of Management’s 2015 AIM30 - this year’s hottest professional list of young-gun managers across Australia under 30 years of age.

Now in its third year, the AIM30 has forged a reputation as a career changer for those fortunate enough to have been inducted onto it and AIM Chair Grant Dearlove FAIM said the 2015 crop would again be of an extremely high standard.

“The AIM30 is a list of young managers who have already achieved extraordinary things and demonstrated exceptional management talent,” he said.

“They will have utilised their management skills to improve their organisations and the people within them.

“AIM exists to develop and nurture the careers of people at all stages of their lives regardless of their location and this list typifies what the Institute stands for.”
