Identify a suitable training program to meet your identified development need. Consult Caroline Ferres in Learning and Development or your HR Business Partner if you require further assistance, information or advice.
Discuss your training needs and plans with your manager.
Seek formal written approval to attend training through your Manager, Group Manager or Executive Leadership Team member.
Once approved, have your department EA or a member of the Administration team book your training ensuring that your Learning and Development representative, Caroline Ferres, is copied into the registration correspondence (including forwarding a copy of the receipt).
