The Australian Institute of Management and Affinity Education Group Limited are partnering on an Area Manager and Centre Manager Development Program designed to address organisational, individual and Education Centre needs as well as building the capability of the Area Managers and Centre Managers.

The program is designed to address the following needs:

  • Developing and presenting a Marketing Strategy to drive occupancy for nominated centres
  • Development and implementation of strategies to reduce wage to revenue
  • Development and implementation of strategies to minimise and manage staff absenteeism
  • Development and implementation of  Performance Gap Discussion and Conflict Resolutions toolkit for anybody to use
  • Revising and implementing a Performance Management system that encourages a proactive approach to achieving KPI
  • Strategic Leadership and EI development for the Senior Leadership Team which resulted in a Strategic plan to drive growth and efficiency whilst maintaining the community culture and values in the centres/regions

This portal offers Affinity Education Group employees, the opportunity to nominate for registration on one of the scheduled courses that are running in the program simply by clicking of the link in the table opposite.
