Bradken is committed to supporting the development of its staff in alignment with the Bradken's training and development strategy. As part of this commitment we have partnered with the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) to provide you with a range of training programs specifically selected to support the development of the Bradken's  training,management and leadership capability.

The Australian Institute of Management began in 1941 with a vision to help managers unlock their career potential in the ever changing business environment.  For almost 75 years, 10 offices and 12,000 members later, AIM is at the forefront of leadership and development solutions in Australia.  Our members range from emerging managers starting off in their careers to those who hold board positions.  They work across wide-ranging disciplines, industries, organisations and locations.

This share site is your access to a wide range of professional development courses selected by Bradken and delivered by AIM in your state. The courses available have been selected to support our key people and strategic business needs in 2015-2016. These courses are an opportunity not only to develop your capabilities in line with your Career and Development plan, but also to network with like-minded professionals from other sectors and industries in a high quality

How do I book an AIM program?

Available courses can be viewed through the category links shown on the right hand side. Before you proceed with enrolment, you must complete Bradken's Application for Education Assistance form (2 BK SP HR 0601-2) and ensure that it is fully approved. All training must be approved by your manager to ensure alignment with Bradken’s business priorities and your development needs (Refer to Bradken's Training & Development policy 2 BK SP HR 0601).

Once you have selected your course of choice, send the request to the Bradken learning inbox, learning@bradken.com along with the approved Application for Education Assistance form (2 BK SP HR 0601-2). You will receive an email within one week to confirm your booking.

A course for your team:

When there are a group of people interested in the same program, AIM can organise to run the program in-house at a location that best suits you.
