Mercedes-Benz Australia/Pacific Pty Ltd (MBAuP) and Mercedes-Benz Financial Services (MBFS) are committed to supporting the development of our staff in alignment with our people development strategy. As part of this commitment we have partnered with the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) to provide you with a range of training programs specifically selected to support the development of MBAuP/ MBFS training, management and leadership capability.

Accessing the AIM Courses 

This share site is your access to a wide range of professional development courses selected by MBAuP/ MBFS and delivered by AIM in your state. The courses available have been selected to support you and offer an opportunity to develop your capabilities in line with your individual development plan.

How do I book an AIM program?

Before booking, please ensure that a program is aligned to your individual Development Plan and that your manager has supported the undertaking of the program.

To book external training, please follow the steps below:

  1. Discuss training needs with your Direct Manager and Managing Director
  2. Identify external training
  3. Fill in an L&D form and get sign off from your Direct Manager. Please note for any external training regardless of cost, a signature will also be required from a Level 3 Manager
  4. Scan L&D form to mydevelopment@daimler.com
  5. Book training with AIM directly and confirm dates
  6. AIM will invoice MBAup/MBFS directly.

A Course for your Team:

When there are 5 or more people interested in the same program, AIM can organise to run the program in-house at MBAuP/ MBFS onsite.
