Merck is committed to supporting the development and runs a suite of online development programs specific to the needs of the organisation. We also, from time to time, provide face-to-face workshops with our own specialised trainers and through preferred external providers.

With an aim to simplify, standardize and drive consistency in training quality across Merck, all learning topics are aligned to the Merck Competency Model and Cross-functional Skills and take into account existing models at Merck like the Cultural Navigator, Insights. There are also the Management Programs, Team performance, e-learning, Cultural navigator.

In Australia & New Zealand we are offering the following Global instructor-led Session (face to face) on 11 topics as a part of GILS rollout. For this we are tying up with AIM, the Australian Institute of management, our preferred external provider.

Programs will be conducted across Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide.

Pre-requisites : What to do before contacting AIM

1.Seek Manager approval
2.Conduct development discussion with manager and record Development plan on HRSuite
3.Confirm your nomination via the portal, click on the tiles to the right.

If the cost of the course is below $1,000 (including GST) a credit card may be used for payment.
