About About 360 Feedback and the Emotional and Social Intelligence Profile (ESIP)
360° Feedback is a process whereby leaders and staff members can receive confidential, anonymous feedback from the people they work with. It is an important element of this program and is undertaken using the Emotional and Social Intelligence Profile (ESIP). The ESIP is based on the Emotional and Social Intelligence Capability Framework which offers a model for understanding emotional and social intelligence and is built around four key criteria: self-insight, self-mastery, social insight and social mastery.
