Business education has traditionally required choosing between practical-focused short course training programs or an investment in arduous higher education degrees that take years to attain. AIM’s non-accredited Mini MBA provides a new option, enabling you to develop a comprehensive business skill set in a targeted, efficient, and practical setting.
This course is delivered in a blended model of online and on-campus or virtual study. It consists of six online modules – Leadership, Strategy, Customers, Numbers, Change, and Action – with each subsequent module unlocking as you progress through the material. This creates an immersive and practical learning journey where you build up your knowledge in accessible stages and the self-paced delivery mode enables you to complete your study wherever and whenever best suits you.
After completing the online learning, you will join your peers for a two-day workshop at one of AIM’s conveniently located campuses or via our virtual campus. You will practise using the skills and tools you have learnt to build your experience in turning strategy into action, while developing your ability to communicate, collaborate, and innovate.
*Please note that the Mini MBA is not accredited or recognised by the Australian Qualifications Framework.
