With more than 25 years of leadership experience across major Australian companies, Martin has led businesses through growth and transformation in sectors ranging from the Internet to digital services. He brings a strong commitment to innovation, people development and building lasting impact through learning.

Jessica Houston

Chief Operating Officer,
Consumer Solutions

Jess Houston is Chief Operating Officer, Customer Solutions, leading academic delivery and student engagement across Scentia's consumer education portfolio, including AIM short courses, vocational training, ACHW and AIM Business School. She drives strategy and student journey design to deliver relevant, impactful learning experiences. 

With more than 15 years' experience in senior finance and operations roles across education, manufacturing and financial services, Jess is a Certified Practising Accountant and Associate Member of the Future Skills Organization.

Gabrielle Schroder

Chief Operating Officer,
Enterprise Solutions

Gabrielle Schroder is the Chief Operating Officer responsible for the design and delivery of enterprise solutions spanning leader development, coaching and workforce skills-building at scale.  

She was Managing Director of the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) from 2019 - 2026, following 10 years at the Australian Institute of Company Directors leading the Corporate Development and Board Advisory Practice. She holds an MBA from Macquarie University, is a Fellow and graduate of AICD, and an IECL Level 2 Certified Coach.

Warren Creighton

Chief Financial Officer

Warren is Chief Financial Officer at Scentia, leading financial strategy and partnering with the board, executive team, and private equity to drive growth and manage risk. He oversees planning, capital management, and commercial operations, ensuring clarity in decision-making.

With nearly 20 years in the education sector, including roles at PwC and Study Group, Warren brings deep industry insight and commercial acumen. He holds formal qualifications in finance and accounting, grounding his leadership in strong technical expertise.

With over 30 years of global executive experience, Steve has led subscription-based product strategies and customer experience initiatives across diverse sectors. He combines technical expertise with strategic insight to deliver impactful learning and business solutions.

Trenton is Chief Revenue Officer, Consumer Markets at Scentia, leading consumer growth, marketing, and learning design for the consumer business. 

Since joining in 2018, Trenton has evolved into a well-rounded executive, expanding his expertise in data analysis and leadership. He holds a Master of Marketing and brings warmth, insight, and a passion for professional growth to support Scentia’s broader strategic goals.

Aliki Voukelatos

Chief Quality Officer

Aliki Voukelatos is Head of Regulatory Compliance at Scentia, leading risk management and quality assurance across Higher and Vocational Education. She ensures alignment with TEQSA and ASQA standards, driving continuous improvement and strong governance.

With over a decade of experience in compliance across domestic and international education sectors, Aliki brings deep expertise in institutional performance. She supports the organisation with high-quality outcomes.

Shelley Tate

Chief People Officer

Shelley Tate is Chief People Officer at Scentia, leading human resources, leadership development, and cultural strategy across the group. She builds inclusive, high-performing teams through thoughtful leadership and continuous learning.

With a global career spanning multiple sectors, Shelley brings a strategic, people-first approach to organisational growth. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, an MBA, and certifications in coaching and governance, including from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
