AIM Access is a subscription service providing unlimited access to more than 100 short courses from 10 faculties for a single monthly fee. Tailored Learning Solutions are fully bespoke programs co-designed with AIM's learning designers to align with your organisation's specific values, goals and industry context.
A Closed Cohort is a private session of any AIM short course delivered exclusively to employees from your organisation, on-site at your premises, at one of AIM's five campuses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, or Canberra, or via live virtual classroom. By training colleagues together rather than in a mixed public cohort, your team builds a shared language and consistent approach, can work through company-specific challenges in real time, and apply new skills immediately back on the job. Closed Cohorts accommodate up to 16 participants per session and carry an average student satisfaction rating of 4.7 out of 5. Content can be contextualised to your industry, policies, and operational environment at no additional charge for standard courseware, or more substantially customised through AIM's Tailored Learning Solutions team.
AIM Partner Pricing allows you to pre-purchase a pack of training seats, for either Short Courses or Accredited Qualifications, at a significant discount compared to individual enrolments. Packs are designed to support teams of 3 to 100 staff members and deliver a minimum saving of 50% against standard course pricing. Staff must be enrolled within 6 months of purchase and complete their program within 18 months of enrolment.
