Packs are available to support teams of 3 to 100 staff members and give employees on-demand access to AIM's full portfolio of courses across all 10 faculties. It is designed for organisations that want to make training available to more of their people, more affordably, without the friction of approving and booking each course individually. Partner Pricing directly addresses the cost barrier to meaningful workforce development at scale.
Short Course Partner Packs include access to AIM's full range of on-campus, virtual, and online short courses. Premium Partnership packs include access to Vocational Qualifications, Mini MBAs, ABS Microcredentials, and IECL Coaching Programs. Postgraduate Microcredential enrolments can be credited towards an ABS Graduate Certificate or an MBA program. Third-party Vocational Qualifications are not included. Staff must be enrolled within 6 months of the Partner Pack purchase date, and all programs must be completed within 18 months of enrolment. A maximum of 5 participants from the same organisation can be placed in the same Qualification cohort. If additional time is needed, AIM offers extensions of up to 3 months at a fee of $200 per 30-day period, subject to an Extension Application Form being submitted one month before the course end date. Partner Pricing is a pre-purchase model - you buy a fixed number of seats upfront at a discounted rate, and staff use those seats on a course-by-course basis across the pack period. AIM Access is a subscription model - a single monthly fee gives unlimited access to all AIM short courses for however many staff are subscribed. It is better suited to organisations that want continuous, self-directed development at scale with no seat-limit constraints.
