Corporate Entrepreneurship: Principles, Mindset & Tools
Corporate Entrepreneurs lead the process of innovation and transformation in an organisation – it could be an existing organisation, a start-up or a special purpose vehicle. Their passion drives them as they conceive or enhance product and services, capture new and adjacent markets, boost organisational effectiveness or create social good. However, passion is only one ingredient of success.
Join two of Australia’s leading entrepreneurs, Richard Duggan and Dr Leila Alem, as you examine the entrepreneur’s journey, uncovering key challenges and investigating successful strategies, frameworks and tools that are available to maximise success.
More than half of the course is dedicated to the interactive exploration of key tools used in the intitial stages of idea creation and validation.
