At AIM, we provide a range of flexible options to help you manage your study costs and stay focused on achieving your goals. From government-funded training and installment plans to upfront payments, we make education accessible and straightforward.

Payment Options
AIM offers flexible payment options to suit your circumstances:

- Direct Deposit (EFT)
- Payment Plan — ZipMoney
- Direct Debit — ZenPay
- Government Funding (approved courses only)

Payment Methods
Upfront
Pay the full course fee in one payment via credit or debit card. Pay over the phone, via direct deposit, or use the online payments portal. See more info on student fees and payments below.

ZipMoney
Defer all or part of your course tuition fees through AIM's finance partner, ZipMoney. Payments are made under your agreement with ZipMoney.
Government Funded
If you are eligible for Government Subsidised Training (e.g. Smart and Skilled in NSW), your Student Fee and any subsidies are determined by the relevant government program at the time of enrolment.

ZenPay
Spread your course fees into manageable instalments through ZenPay. Dishonour fees may apply if a payment fails.

Cancellation and Withdrawal
We understand circumstances can change, and you may need to withdraw or defer your studies.
You must notify AIM in writing and submit the appropriate form if you wish to withdraw from your course or request a refund.
Refunds are available only in specific circumstances, such as:
- Withdrawal during the five (5) business day provisional enrolment period
- AIM course cancellation
- Where you overpaid course fees
- If you are granted a government fee exemption after course commencement (Smart and Skilled students)
- If Special Consideration is approved
