Work Priorities (Online) is a self-paced AIM online short course that offers practical tools to help you set meaningful goals and realistic plans to achieve them. You will discover how to manage pressures, organise work commitments and improve productivity, developing your ability to manage personal and work priorities as well as your own professional development. It is designed for professionals at every stage of their career who want to regain control and more effectively manage competing demands in the workplace, studying entirely on their own schedule.

Upon completion you will be better equipped to: ensure your personal work goals reflect your organisation's plans and take initiative to prioritise competing demands to achieve goals and objectives; and identify factors affecting the achievement of your work objectives and establish contingencies and incorporate them into work plans. The course also covers tools for managing pressures, organising work commitments and maintaining professional development momentum.

The course provides up to 6 months of continuous access to AIM's myAIM platform, available 24/7 on any device. Activities, reflections and case studies throughout the modules link your learning back to your workplace. Inclusions are downloadable course notes, tools and resources. No formal assessment; payment by credit card only. Unique login details are provided to each student and must not be shared. Time Management is a broader one-day on-campus or virtual program covering the full practical toolkit, from eliminating time wasters and building planning systems through to overcoming procrastination, with live facilitation and peer interaction.
