The People Leadership course is suited to experienced and/or senior leaders wanting to elevate their leadership skills and presence. Participants are likely to be leaders of managers and the course considers the broader organisational context rather than individual
teams.
This course places a significant focus on bridging the gap between leadership theory and real-world implementation, aiming to sharpen awareness of behavioural patterns and develop core leadership skills.

In some instances, we schedule our Virtual Short Courses between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM to accommodate customers who may live on the West Coast of Australia or who prefer a later start time. Specific session times are shown throughout the booking process.
