Explore the critical skills, qualities and behaviours expected of senior leaders in contemporary organisations with this course.
The People Leadership course places a strong emphasis on helping you navigate complex organisational dynamics and building productive relationships. By encouraging self-reflection, this course equips you with the skills needed to influence and collaborate effectively toward achieving organisational goals. Combining leadership theory with practical skills and strategies, you’ll learn how to leverage your unique character traits and develop your authentic leadership brand.
