Complete the two-day Mini MBA workshop at one of AIM's conveniently located campuses in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, and Sydney, or virtually.
*Please note that the Mini MBA is not accredited or recognised by the Australian Qualifications Framework.

Designed for Working Professionals
Designed for working professionals, AIM's Mini MBA helps you build leadership confidence quickly while fitting study around work. The program distils essential management tools from strategy, people and projects into a focused format. If you are exploring a Mini MBA pathway, this can be a springboard into further study without the long commitment.
Blended Learning Model
Learn in a format that combines structured online preparation with live, facilitator-led sessions. You will work through concise digital modules then consolidate learning in interactive workshops where you test ideas, discuss scenarios and receive feedback. This blend gives you the flexibility of self-paced study with the accountability of a cohort experience typical of short MBA courses.
Cross-Functional Knowledge
Gain an end-to-end view of how organisations work. The Mini MBA course equips you with core concepts across leadership, strategy, finance, customers, operations and change so you can connect decisions across functions.
