Leading professional development learning solutions provider Australian Institute of Management (AIM) has a new leader.

Matthew Cavalier, Managing Director, Australian Institute of ManagementMatthew Cavalier has been appointed Managing Director of AIM. He has also worked as the Executive Director of Sales & Marketing at Scentia, the parent company of AIM this past year. “I look forward to the AIM brand continuing to enhance the customer experience,” said Cavalier.

“AIM is customer-obsessed and committed to developing current and future leaders, having done so for over 75 years.

“Businesses continually need to upskill to keep up with changing markets and economic conditions and AIM has been at the forefront in providing learning solutions for organisations, leaders and employees.

“We look forward to our courses becoming more and more geared to the customer’s needs, by being available online, anywhere, anytime and on any device, as well as on-campus nationally,” he added.

Scentia CEO Peter Mobbs said, “It’s a very exciting time for the AIM brand, and we are confident in Matthew’s vision for growth.”
