Anywhere, anytime, on any device: AIM to grow under new leadership
Leading professional development learning solutions provider Australian Institute of Management (AIM) has a new leader.
Matthew Cavalier has been appointed Managing Director of AIM. He has also worked as the Executive Director of Sales & Marketing at Scentia, the parent company of AIM this past year. A commercially focused leader, he brings international experience in blue chip and start-up environments, including American Express, Morgan Stanley, and Investec Specialist Bank.
“I look forward to the AIM brand continuing to enhance the customer experience,” said Cavalier.
“AIM is customer-obsessed and committed to developing current and future leaders, having done so for over 75 years.
“Businesses continually need to upskill to keep up with changing markets and economic conditions and AIM has been at the forefront in providing learning solutions for organisations, leaders and employees.
“We look forward to our courses becoming more and more geared to the customer’s needs, by being available online, anywhere, anytime and on any device, as well as on-campus nationally,” he added.
Scentia CEO Peter Mobbs said, “It’s a very exciting time for the AIM brand, and we are confident in Matthew’s vision for growth.”
AIM, established in 1941, offers a suite of learning solutions including short courses, vocational qualifications and corporate and public sector solutions accessible to global professionals. There are over 90 short courses available and 23 online, with three new on-campus short courses on offer, Corporate Entrepreneurship, Mindfulness and Design Thinking.
AIM’s Corporate Solutions are as unique as the challenges faced by organisations. AIM matches the right skills to organisational needs with learning and development programs that achieve business success and engage and motivate the workforce.
