Time Commitment
The time it will take to develop competency in the units that form this qualification is dependent on existing skills and experience.
Typically, to complete within the specified course duration, it is recommended that students commit approximately 8 - 10 hours per week plus additional time for assessment to develop their competency through a range of learning, work-based skills testing and assessment activities.

Additional Information
Entry requirements
While there are no mandatory entry requirements, It is recommended entrants have:
- A minimum of six months employment or volunteer experience in working with a range of people in the workplace
- Competency in literacy (reading and writing), oral communication and learning strategies – sufficient to use coaching tools to coach people in the workplace; reflect on their coaching and receive feedback; and document answers to assessment questions.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
