It was famously said that the great dividing line between success and failure can be expressed in five words: “I did not have time.”
In today’s fast paced, constantly changing, and high-pressure work environments, the demands on our attention, focus and time have never been greater. Unfortunately, according to the Wall Street Journal, the average employee wastes 40% of their workday because they were never taught the skills to cope with increasing workloads and demands.
The Time Management short course from AIM will empower you with strategies to take back control of your time by better analysing workloads, prioritising tasks and overcoming procrastination. When done well, effective time management not only increases productivity, but helps us to become more confident, less stressed, and better positioned to realise long term personal and organisational goals.
Is this course right for you?
No matter what your current role is, if you find yourself juggling competing priorities and you need the skills to effectively manage your time, this course is essential. Take back control of your time.

Upon completion of this course you’ll be able to:
- Recognise the effect of poor time management and its relationship to motivation and wellbeing
