Managing Team Performance (Online) is a self-paced AIM online short course designed for managers and team leaders who want to build a high-performing team by setting clear goals, monitoring progress and addressing performance issues proactively. It covers the practical mechanics of team performance management, from goal setting and KPI frameworks through to recognising achievement and managing underperformance, at a time and pace that suits your schedule.

Upon completion you will be better equipped to: set clear, measurable team goals and individual performance expectations aligned to organisational objectives; implement a practical performance monitoring process that identifies both high performance and underperformance early; conduct productive and constructive performance conversations that maintain motivation and resolve issues before they escalate; recognise and reward strong performance in ways that reinforce desired behaviours; and build a team culture of accountability where performance expectations are understood and owned by every team member.

The course provides up to 6 months of continuous access to AIM's myAIM online learning platform, available 24/7 on any device. Activities, reflections and case studies throughout the modules link your learning back to your workplace context. Inclusions are downloadable course notes and tools and resources. No formal assessment; payment by credit card only.
