The Project Management Essentials virtual learning series provides an introduction of the tools, techniques, and resources you need to plan, develop, and implement projects. Following the waterfall methodology for managing projects, the series covers all phases of the project lifecycle. You’ll gain insight into project planning, budget preparation, stakeholder management, schedule management, project closure, and review.

Delivery Modes
Virtual Classroom - 1 day of virtual sessions
This course is delivered online through virtual classrooms where facilitators and students can present course materials, engage and interact with one another, and work in groups together. Sessions are hosted on Zoom, providing a live, synchronous setting with a facilitator and a support co-host.
Utilising highly accessible digital capabilities, AIM’s virtual learning series provides all the benefits of classroom workshops — working with peers, asking questions with immediate answers from facilitators, and stimulating deeper discussions — with the flexibility of online learning.
The key benefits of virtual study include being time efficient, with content delivered in bite-sized chunks, the ability to participate from any location, and the capability to be recorded for later review.
AIM's Virtual Short Courses begin at 9:00 AM and finish no later than 5:00 PM (AEDT/AEST). In some instances, we schedule our Virtual Short Courses between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM to accommodate customers who may live on the West Coast of Australia or who prefer a later start time. Specific session times are shown throughout the booking process.
