Upon completion you will be able to: identify the underlying psychological and commercial drivers behind common objections from stakeholders; use active listening, questioning techniques and empathetic communication to surface and clarify hidden needs; craft persuasive, value-focused responses that address objections with confidence and credibility; and transform objections into opportunities for deeper engagement, stronger relationships and improved sales outcomes.

The course takes approximately 2.5 hours and is fully on-demand, start immediately after purchase and work through it at your own pace.
